At AG Interiors we offer a full and comprehensive design service whether you are redecorating one room or are re-developing an entire property. The design process is outlined below but this can be adapted to suit each individual project:

Client Brief

The initial free client brief is an opportunity to establish your aims and objectives, looking at the property, lifestyle, likes and dislikes, existing possessions that need to be incorporated in the scheme, budget and the scope of work.

Design Analysis

We will then process all the information taken from the client brief and produce a design analysis – this will be a breakdown of what exists, what is desired and what is possible, followed by a design statement which will outline what our overall design proposes with a fee proposal that is based on an hourly rate for your approval.

Design Concept

The design concept will convey the mood and style of the proposed scheme through mood boards that will illustrate the unique palette of colour, texture, shape and style for you – it will convey the essence of the proposed scheme in the form of pictorial images.

Design Development

Once the design concept has been agreed, we shall develop the proposed scheme in more detail. We will explore space planning which will include furniture layouts and sample boards which will consist of a collage of fabrics, materials, images and finishes to represent the colours, textures furniture and accessories which will be used in the final scheme , with the addition of elevations where necessary. Quotes will be obtained to provide a detailed budget for the project.
